The Stables is available to provide a comprehensive evaluation of auction vehicles. We will assist owners by providing the cosmetic services to properly prepare and correct the vehicle’s cosmetic state, allowing the owner to present the vehicle at an auction in its best possible condition. Our goal is to increase bidder interest on the block, thereby increasing the sales price. We will evaluate an auction vehicle to assess which areas require the most attention and prioritize those areas, ensuring we stay within a predetermined budget. Using our experience and expert perspective, we are able to address the needs of an auction vehicle quickly, allowing it to be prepared and presented to potential bidders free from visual blemishes or defects in a timely manner.

The Stables can handle all aspects of the event, making sure all of the necessary documentation has been filed, arrange the transport to, and from, the event, as well as prepare the vehicle for the show, and retouch the necessary areas after your car has been placed on field. The Stables’ professional concourse services can ease the burden of showing your prized possession, allowing you to enjoy the special day and take in everything a concourse has to offer.

Our years of experience transporting client’s vehicles around the country has led to developing an incredible network of transporters to provide on-time, cost effective solutions. In addition to national transport, we can provide local vehicle shuttle services to and from the auction and concourse sites.
Receiving and Holding
During the Scottsdale auction week, the Stables provides a pre and post-auction landing site for auction vehicles at our fully insured and secure 15,000 square-foot, climate controlled facility located in the Scottsdale Airpark. Our full-time staff is always available to receive, inspect, and manage auction vehicles pre and post-auction. Clients do not need to be present to receive or ship a vehicle.
Storage
Vehicle transportation involves many variables that may affect the time-line of a delivery. To ensure client vehicles are on time and ready for the Scottsdale auctions, we suggest outlining an early delivery window. To make this possible, The Stables offers weekly storage rates during auction time, exclusively to our auction clientele who wish to store a vehicle at The Stables prior to the auction. In addition, our secure 15,000 square-foot, climate controlled facility is a popular solution for handling auction acquisitions. We provide a secure and convenient location to drop vehicles off after the auction, providing ample time to assess and arrange proper transport, insurance and registration.
Shuttling
The Stables staff is available to shuttle vehicles and clients to and from the various auction sites in and around the Scottsdale area. Our professional and experienced staff is fully insured to give you piece of mind while your automobiles are in our care.
